1. Domestic Shipping Policy

1.1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

1.2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are the estimated shipping times for domestic orders within the United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days – £5.99

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, postal service delays, etc.).

1.3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

2. Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and products, and contact us immediately at 1katehatcher@gmail.com to file a claim. We will assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.

3. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have the package re-sent to the correct address. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout.
